Service Description

Online Booking may be used ONLY for first assessment session and will prompt a call from Dr. Reardon do ensure availability and fit for your specific needs. Psychological assessments are completed for the purposes of diagnostic clarification and/or treatment recommendations and may involve several interviews, selected psychological testing, and record review. (Note: forensic assessments completed only via attorney referral or judicial Order).

Cancellation Policy

for advance cancellations/rescheduling, please notify within 24 hours of your appointment date/time to avoid $25 late fee; a $50 no-show fee will charged if you do not show or contact me within 15 min of your appointment start time.
